In re Concrete and Cement Additives Antitrust Litigation (S.D.N.Y.)

This antitrust litigation alleges that the three leading groups of manufacturers and sellers of concrete and cement admixtures (which are added to concrete and cement to enhance its features) unlawfully agreed to fix prices for their admixtures. On April 12, 2024, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered transfer of all related cases to the Southern District of New York for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings before the Honorable Lewis J. Liman.
