Abilify (aripiprazole) is an antipsychotic drug that is used to treat certain mental disorders.
the U.S. FDA issued a warning on May 3, 2016 that compulsive behavior from Abilify was worse than originally anticipated. Although pathological gambling was listed on the original product labeling, the FDA felt that the warning was not strong enough and did not “entirely reflect the nature of the inpulse control risk that we identified.”
